Villa Antica Macina - Positano

Outstanding experience for a peaceful vacation. Absolutely superb breakfasts with her home grown organic vegetables from her garden.

Villa Antica Macina in Nocelle, Positano was an amazing place to stay. The fully furnished apartments had everything we needed for our 2-week road trip, including a kitchenette for cooking. The building was very convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. The location up on the hill provided a peaceful and exceptionally nice setting.

The beds are comfy, I enjoyed them. It is close enough to Positano, the coast, great walks so the location is amazing. Delicious breakfast offers lots of different meals, including slices of fresh bread, eggs, croissants and meats. Staff are amicable, I had a relaxing stay on my 2 week road trip.

The apartment is excellent style yet nice right by Nocelle itself, and the mountains in the Nocelle area of Positano.

Convenient Location and Peaceful Atmosphere

I really enjoyed my time here, it was three fantastic days in total. The location was just perfect and so peaceful. It was great to be close to Capri, Pompei, Ravello, and other spots along the Amalfi Coast, as well as beautiful Nocelle. 🌅

The owner was attentive, providing fresh food and ensuring a clean and well-maintained place. The view and atmosphere were unforgettable, making it worth the effort to find. The host's warmth and genuine care made the stay extra special. Loved it.

We had an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience at Villa Antica Macina. The views were breathtaking and the host, Amalia, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She prepared a delicious breakfast with fresh produce from the gardens, and even picked fresh figs for us. Amalia also helped us with great advice on local activities. The location in Nocelle offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The unique experience of the porter and his team of donkeys carrying our luggage was unforgettable. we rate our stay at Villa Antica Macina 11 out of 10. We can't wait to come back next year and stay longer to fully enjoy this paradise. I highly recommend this hotel.

Surrounded by pristine nature, guests can enjoy hiking on the Path of Gods or simply relax in the peaceful surroundings. the rooms are cool, comfortable, and offer incredible views over the area. the service provided by the host, Amalia, is top-notch. Guests are treated to delicious breakfasts made with fresh fruits and vegetables from the owner's garden. the attention to detail and warm hospitality make for a truly memorable stay.

Finding a parking spot on the hilly streets can be a bit tricky.

Amalia, our host, was amazing and provided us with great recommendations and assistance throughout our trip. the location of the villa, in the pedestrian village of Nocelle, gave us a peaceful and authentic Italian experience. the views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, overlooking the sea and the Amalfi Coast. the villa is situated on the Path of the Gods, making it perfect for nature lovers and hikers. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant nearby and the spaciousness of our apartment. it was a great deal compared to the more expensive and crowded cities in the area. Cons: All was perfect! 👌.
